Color Picker from Image

Tap any spot of a picture to get its exact colour code.

Useful to match a brand colour from a logo, pick a colour for a thumbnail or design from a photo. The six main colours of the image are shown as a palette you can copy with one tap.

The images are converted inside your browser with the canvas built into every modern browser. Your photos never leave your device, and the converted files contain no location or camera data.

How it works

  1. Drop your images Or tap to choose. You can pick many at once.
  2. Pick the options Quality, target size or new size, depending on the tool.
  3. Save Click Convert, then save each file or all at once.

FAQ

Which colour codes do I get?

HEX (like #F97316), RGB and HSL. Tap a code to copy it.

Can I use a screenshot?

Yes. PNG and JPG screenshots work, also HEIC photos from an iPhone.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to our server.

Is it free?

Yes. No account, no watermark, no limit on the number of files.

What happens to the photo's metadata?

The converted file is drawn fresh, so EXIF data like GPS location and camera model is removed. The orientation is applied to the pixels, so the photo stays upright.
