Subtitle Frame Rate Converter
Subtitles drift further out of sync over the film? Convert them between frame rates.
When a film is sped up from 23.976 to 25 fps (PAL speed-up), it gets about 4 % shorter and subtitles drift. Scaling every timestamp by the frame-rate ratio fixes it.
The conversion runs inside your browser with WebCodecs, the video engine built into modern browsers. That is why there is no upload, no queue and no file size limit set by us: only your device's memory limits it. Your file stays private.
Converter engine: Mediabunny (MPL-2.0) on WebCodecs. MP3 encoding: LAME (LGPL).
