- Threads
- Vimeo
Instagram does not let you save photos, and most downloaders make you click through a carousel slide by slide. This tool fetches every image of a post at once and gives you a ZIP with all slides in order, in the largest size Instagram has (usually 1080 px wide, often 1440 px).
Videos inside the same post are available on the Video tab.
How it works
- Copy the post link Open the photo post, tap Share and Copy link.
- Paste the link We detect photos, carousels and mixed posts.
- Download Choose Images. A single photo saves as JPG, a carousel as ZIP.
FAQ
What resolution do I get?
The largest image Instagram stores for the post, typically 1080 or 1440 pixels wide. We don't upscale or compress.
Does it work for carousels with 10 or 20 slides?
Yes, all slides are included in one ZIP, numbered in the original order.
Can I download profile pictures?
Not yet. The tool works with post links.
Is this really free?
Yes. Every tool on Shortform Kit is free, with no account, no watermark and no daily limit for normal use. We run it on our own server and keep costs low on purpose.
Do you store my files or links?
No. The file is created for you, kept for 15 minutes so you can save it, then deleted automatically. We don't log which links you paste.
Which content is allowed?
Only public posts. Private accounts, stories that need a login and age-restricted videos don't work, and we never ask for your password. Download only content you have the right to use.
