Numbers here are Meta's Feed video ad specs: 4:5 recommended at 1440x1800, 1 s to 241 min, 4 GB, min 120x120 px. Meta's older video requirements chart says 240 min max and 16:9 to 9:16 for feed. MP4 or MOV recommended; file type list is from the Facebook Help Centre.
