Snap Newsroom (March 2024): create up to 3 min, upload up to 5 min for Chats, Stories and Spotlight; some 2026 industry guides say 3 min max. Monetization: Spotlight videos must be at least 30 s; since 2025-02-01 videos longer than 1 min can be monetized. 1080x1920 / 9:16 is Snap's full-screen ad canvas spec (ads: MP4/MOV H.264, 1 GB); no organic Spotlight resolution or file spec was found. Description and #topics can be added; limits unknown.
