Pick a preset or type any number of minutes, for example 7.5. You can also open the timer with a ready time: add ?m=25 to the address for 25 minutes.

Everything runs inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored on our server, so it also works for private material.

## How it works

1. **Open the tool** No app and no account needed.
2. **Allow access if asked** Recorders need permission for the screen, microphone or camera. Your browser asks you first.
3. **Use it as long as you like** There is no time limit. Save the result or just close the tab.

## FAQ

**Will the alarm play if the tab is in the background?**
Yes. The countdown keeps time in the background and plays the tone at the end. Keep your device's sound on.

**Is it free?**
Yes. No account, no watermark, no time limit.

**Is anything uploaded?**
No. It all happens on your device.
