Notes (from the sources, in English): Organic feed videos are now reels (June 2025), see Reels row. Numbers here are Meta's Feed video ad specs: 4:5 recommended at 1440x1800, 1 s to 241 min, 4 GB, min 120x120 px. Meta's older video requirements chart says 240 min max and 16:9 to 9:16 for feed. MP4 or MOV recommended; file type list is from the Facebook Help Centre.

In 9:16 the app covers parts of the top and bottom of your video. Check your frame with the [safe zone checker](https://shortformkit.com/safe-zone-checker/) or download the [safe zone templates](https://shortformkit.com/safe-zone-templates/) as PNG.

## Changes in 2025 and 2026

- June 2025: Videos tab renamed Reels; all videos posted to Facebook (except stories and live) are shared as reels of any length or orientation. Help Centre update dated September 2025 confirms the unification.
